BD & Market Research Intern

Paw Pass is hiring a Business Development & Market Research Intern as we prepare to launch in Metro Manila.

We're building the ClassPass for pet care: one app to discover, compare, and book every trusted groomer and vet clinic in NCR, with real availability and transparent pricing.

You'll own market and competitor research, help build our partner pipeline, and work directly with the founder. Fully remote with flexible hours, ideal for a student or fresh grad who wants real ownership at the earliest stage of a company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Research the market: pricing, competitors, and demand pockets by city
• Build the launch pipeline of partner groomers and vet clinics across NCR
• Turn findings into decisions the founding team can act on

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Student or fresh grad, curious about startups and marketplaces
• Comfortable reaching out to strangers, warmly and persistently
• Organized: you like a clean spreadsheet and a clear summary
• Bonus: you're a pet person
