Who we're looking for
- Currently taking up Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related course.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging through calls, chat, and email.
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling follow-ups and records.
- Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
What you'll do
- Reach out to customers who dropped their applications. (Customer Development)
- Follow up with customers who did not proceed with their loan. (Take-up)
- Engage merchants interested in partnering with Skyro. (Acquisition)
Where you'll work
- This is an on-site internship based at our Mandaluyong hub and includes an allowance.
