Responsibilities
- Support current franchisees by responding to inquiries, handling requests, and helping address concerns.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing franchise agreements, disclosure documents, and related documentation.
- Help create and facilitate training materials and resources for new franchisees, including coordinating training sessions.
- Perform market research and analysis to identify potential franchise opportunities and assess market trends.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing franchise operations performance reports and metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain effective communication and smooth franchisee coordination.
- Take part in franchise growth and development projects and other special initiatives.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Franchise Department, including meeting scheduling, correspondence management, and record maintenance.
Qualifications
- Currently studying Finance, Business Management, Accountancy, or an equivalent course.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Must be willing to work in San Juan, Manila and/or Mandaluyong City through a hybrid work arrangement.
