Work closely with the HR team in areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and data management.
Responsibilities
Support recruiters by posting vacancies, reviewing resumes, sourcing candidates, and arranging interviews across different time zones.
Help create onboarding materials, organize welcome schedules for incoming employees, and confirm completion of background checks and required documents.
Maintain current and accurate employee information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), while protecting confidential data.
Assist with organizing and delivering internal events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
Contribute to additional HR projects, including employee handbook updates, market compensation research, and engagement survey data analysis.
Qualifications
Currently taking, or recently completed, a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a professional approach.
Able to manage time effectively, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with LinkedIn or any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a major plus.
Demonstrates integrity and can appropriately manage sensitive and confidential employee information.
