Guest Services Assistant

The Guest Services Intern will assist in delivering excellent service and support to all clients, guests, and exhibitors at SMX Convention Center. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in the hospitality and events industry, focusing on front-line customer service, event support, and administrative assistance. The intern will serve as a point of contact for inquiries, guest needs, and on-ground coordination during events.
