IT OJT

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT OJT to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment. The trainee will assist the IT department with day-to-day technical support, hardware and software troubleshooting, system maintenance, and documentation tasks. This is a great opportunity to develop practical skills and apply academic knowledge in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Support in setting up and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Help with IT inventory and documentation
• Provide basic technical support to staff
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT team
