About Coretex
Coretex builds custom Data & AI products for companies whose operations are strong but whose digital data isn't. We get the data foundation right first, then layer AI on top, so clients end up with systems they can run and improve on their own.
The role
Project Support is the paid on-ramp to becoming a full-time Coretex PM. You support our PMs on real client work: owning the documentation, sitting in on client meetings as a real sounding board, and building your own judgment on scope, design and build.
We don't hire project managers. We grow them.
What you'll do
- Keep journey maps, decision logs and the consulting and build phase documents current, updated within one day of feedback or revisions, with 100% of client decisions documented
- Own the Q/A flow in your assigned projects and execute scheduled tasks on time
- Be a real sounding board in client meetings, not just a notetaker
Bring at least two consulting, two proposal and two build suggestions to every project, get them adopted, and document each in the project minutes
- Design small parts of the UI
- Suggest viable data-pipeline builds
Who we want
- Graduating senior in a technical course (CompSci, MIS, IT Entrep, or similar)
- Can hold your own with engineers and clients
- A designer's eye and sharp critical thinking
- Strong written communication: you turn unstructured discussion into clear, actionable documents
- Fast, reliable turnaround: you close loops within the day rather than letting them sit
- Curious and self-directed: you ask the second question, not just the first
- No prior PM experience is required; we teach the craft
