MEL and Smart Shopper intern will support the B2B Applications using SAP Technology, modules and tables
- They will be doing ticket analysis in accordance with procedure.
- Performing checks in difference SAP Systems and Digital applications
- Identify L2 teams to engage and escalate
- Perform initial assessment of priority of the issue
- Check Data on the backend system, transaction and tables
- Communicate and collaborate with users and teams
Duties and Task
- Complete frontend and backend platform discovery, KT document review, and workflow familiarization activities
- Analyze ticket types according to its correct priority level and analyze according to the issue
- Participate in team meetings, KT discussions, and coaching sessions to understand operational processes and support expectations
- Define the ticket SLA; service expectations and ticket category
- Develop Ticket Management Rules
- Participate in operational discussions, ticket reviews, and KT sessions to improve technical understanding
- Handle end-to-end ticket resolution independently
- Adherence to compliance and rules
- Prepare and present a PowerPoint presentation summarizing key learnings, completed activities, challenges encountered, and overall, KT experience at the end of the training program
Qualifications
- Candidate must be enrolled/graduate in Bachelor's/College Degree, IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge or exposure to SAP Systems, ERP Systems/Business applications, Ticketing or incident management tools, Database concepts, tables, and transactions
- Familiarity in SAP Modules (MM, SD, FICO etc.), Backend systems checking and troubleshooting
- Familiarity in Service Desk or Application Support processes and SLA and ticket prioritization concepts
- Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
- No work experience is required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work within a development team environment
Work Condition
- Working Set Up - Hybrid (3days Onsite, 2days WFH per week)
- Working Schedule - 24/7 Shifting schedule.
- Amenable to morning, mid and night shift
- Willing to work on rotating schedules including weekends.
- 960 hours or equivalent of 6 months contract
