JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analytics & Problem Solving - Assist in analyzing retail operations reports, including On-Shelf Availability (OSA), rental performance, and stock levels to identify improvements.
- Inventory Management - Monitor rentals, stock, and concessions to ensure efficient inventory management and alignment with campaigns.
- Retail Promotion Tracking - Support the production and distribution of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSMs) for retail promotions.
- Management of Service Providers - Oversee the execution of rental operations and campaigns with service providers.
- Teamwork & Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- A current student/degree holder of Management, Business Administration, or any business-related course.
- Excellent coordination, communication skills, and project management skills.
- Detail oriented and a team player.
- Highly organized and process oriented.
- Can build good working relationships.
