Role overview

Not everything needs to be loud to be heard.

At Heralds, we believe great PR is about knowing what to say, when to say it, and how to make the right people listen.

We're looking for a PR Intern who's eager to learn the craft from the ground up. You'll work closely with the PR Manager and the wider team, getting hands-on exposure to client accounts and campaigns — supporting the details that keep the work moving while building the foundation for a career in PR.

What you'll do

  • Support day-to-day client coordination — prepare meeting notes, status reports, and follow-up trackers
  • Help plan and execute PR, influencer, content, partnership, and event campaigns
  • Prepare presentations, briefs, and campaign materials as directed
  • Assist with media pitching, creator outreach, and campaign monitoring
  • Coordinate with creators, media, suppliers, venues, and other project partners on logistics
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals — and flag delays to the PR Manager
  • Conduct research on brands, industries, trends, competitors, media, and creators
  • Support the preparation of proposals, credentials presentations, and new-business pitches
  • Keep project files, trackers, and documentation organized and up to date

Who you are

  • You're a Bachelor's degree holder (or soon-to-be graduate) in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field
  • You have 1–3 years of relevant experience — agency, in-house, or internship experience all count
  • You're highly organized and pay attention to the details others might miss
  • You're a strong writer and communicator
  • You can manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines
  • You're eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment
  • You enjoy working with people — whether it's a client, teammate, media contact, creator, or project partner

What matters to us

We're looking for someone who doesn't just wait for instructions, but pays attention to what needs to happen next. Someone who can take a guided task, follow it through carefully, keep track of the details, and ask the right questions along the way. Someone who's curious about PR, excited to learn, and ready to grow with a team that values clarity, intention, and presence over noise.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
