As a Process Engineer and play a key role in optimizing our food manufacturing operations. You'll be responsible for developing and improving production processes to increase efficiency, ensure product consistency, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
- Collaborate with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical issues
- Design, implement, and evaluate process improvements, automation, and line balancing
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, cost, and waste
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for production problems
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food industry regulations
- Prepare technical documentation and process flow diagrams
