Experiment with AI tools and growth ideas inside a Gen Z–led creator startup.

Hey Eva is an AI-powered talent agency run by a Gen Z team, focused on building the next wave of creator economy platforms. As an AI Growth Intern, you’ll work closely with the core team to test growth strategies, explore AI workflows, and help scale creator and talent acquisition efforts.

This role is ideal if you enjoy experimenting, moving fast, and building something early-stage.

### Responsibilities

* Test growth experiments across social platforms, creators, or outreach channels

* Explore AI tools to improve content, workflows, or talent sourcing

* Track simple metrics and share insights from experiments with the team
