QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently taking up Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or any related course.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling documents.
- Willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Assist the Junior Accountant in the execution of daily accounting tasks.
- Maintain and update daily records of sales and expenses.
- Assist in the review and monitoring of Petty Cash Fund (PCF) transactions.
- Support basic bank reconciliation processes.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory records of office and operational supplies.
