About the role
We are pleased to offer an On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunity at Pure Green Solutions Technology Inc. This is a full-time position based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This traineeship is designed to provide students and recent graduates with valuable practical experience in the research and fellowships sector whilst contributing to our growing organization.
As an OJT participant, you will gain hands-on exposure to real-world projects, industry practices, and professional environments under the mentorship of experienced team members.
Key responsibilities
As an OJT participant, you will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting research activities and data collection for ongoing projects and initiatives
- Support the preparation and organization of research materials, documentation, and reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to project discussions
- Help with administrative tasks related to research program and fellowship activities
- Collaborate with colleagues on assigned tasks and learning objectives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the training program
- Observe and learn best practices in research methodologies and professional conduct
- Provide support in the coordination of training events, seminars, or workshops as needed
What we're looking for
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled in BS Psychology or BS Human Resource.
- Strong academic performance and genuine interest in research and professional development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a professional working environment
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using common office applications
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude towards work
- Knowledge of or interest in environmental science, technology, or research methodologies (desirable)
