IVE Inc. Software Solutions is the Philippine branch of Egemco Co., Ltd. (South Korea). We build internal business software, including BI dashboards, ERP, and sales modules, used daily by real teams.
Internal tools are where design matters most and usually gets the least attention: screens people use eight hours a day, forms with thirty fields, tables full of real data. That is the work.
What you will do
- Design screens in Figma for features currently in development
- Work within real constraints: existing components, dense data tables, multi-step forms
- Hand off designs to frontend developers and answer their questions during the build
- Review what gets built against what was designed and flag the gaps
- Contribute to our component library as patterns repeat across screens
You will present your own work and explain your decisions. We will tell you when something does not work and why.
What we are looking for
- Currently enrolled and eligible for OJT or internship credit
- Comfortable in Figma. You do not need to be fast, you need to be deliberate
- A portfolio or any work you can walk us through. Class projects are fine
- Able to explain why you made a design choice, not just that it looks good
Nice to have
- Experience designing something with a lot of data or forms in it
- Basic understanding of what is easy versus hard to build
- Interest in enterprise or internal tools, not only consumer apps
Internship details
- Start date: As soon as your school paperwork is cleared
- Allowance: PHP 150 per day
- Schedule: Full time, onsite. Come in any time between 7:30 and 8:30 AM
- Hours: We follow your school's required OJT hours
- Location: Mezzanine Room 203, Universal Motors Corp Building 2, 2232 Don Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City
The interview
One video call, about an hour. We talk about your background and your work, then there is a short hands-on Figma exercise where we give you a small brief and work through it together. There is no single right answer and nothing to prepare beforehand. We care more about how you approach a problem than how polished the result looks.
