The following internship plan is designed to provide the intern with an in-depth experience and knowledge in Learning and Development and Corporate Training, focusing on program support, content creation, project participation, and L&D administration.
- Training Program Support:
- Assist in the planning, organization, and delivery of training solutions (Training Cycle).
- Help prepare training materials, modules, handouts, and visual aids.
- Attend and support live or virtual training sessions
- Collect and compile participant feedback for post-training evaluation.
- Learning Content Development:
- Assist in developing training presentations, handbooks, manuals, and e-learning materials.
- Research learning trends and best practices to support content updates.
- Help design simple learning activities to enhance sessions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for future training ideas and program improvements.
- Training Coordination:
- Help coordinate training schedules, room bookings, invitations, and participant tracking.
- Support communication with participants before and after trainings.
- Update training calendars and records for employee learning histories.
- Project and Initiative Involvement:
- Take part in special L&D and Corporate Training projects and initiatives.
- Contribute ideas, own initiatives and assist in the execution of internal campaigns
- Support cross-functional Training Department projects
- Administrative Assistance:
- Assist in maintaining organized digital and physical training files.
- Help prepare training reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
- Join internal meetings related to L&D initiatives and projects.
