Accounting and Finance OJT Intern

Qualifications

• Currently taking any business-related course, including BS Accountancy or BSBA Financial Management
• Must be able to provide an MoA (Memorandum of Agreement from university)

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regarding unpaid accounts and support the collection of BIR Form 2307.
• Assist with account reconciliations and audit activities.
• Address basic team inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
• Help maintain financial records and complete data-entry tasks.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely submission of quotations and financial documents, including SOAs, billing statements, and service invoices.
• Handle other administrative duties as assigned.
